• Pulverizing Mill

    Pulverizing Mill is used in low hardness, Moh's hardness under 6 non-inflammable and non-explosive brittle materials, such as calcite, chalk, limestone, dolomite, kaolin, bentonite, talc, mica, magnesite, illite, pyrophyllite, vermiculite, etc. Production of fine powder can be reached 2500 meshes, suitable for ultra-fine powder processing and production.

Working Principle Of Pulverizing Mill:

Sent by the vibrating feeder well-proportioned to pulverizing mill, the material scatter around the circle under the centrifugal force, and fall into the raceway of pulverizing mill to be pressed, rolling grinded, milled by ring roller. After the first layer of crush, the material falls into the second and third layer, with the pumping action of high-pressure centrifugal blower to intake external air, and after the third layer of crush, coarse powder take into a selected machine. The rotating turbine of separator brings back coarse material to be re-grinded and fine powder become products after falling into cyclone powder collector with airflow and sending out through its bottom discharge valve. With a small amount of fine dust, airflow is sent out through fan and exhaust muffler after purified by pulse filter.
