The working process:

1. First of all, the large raw material will be on by truck or excavator into the vibratory feeder (GZD1100 * 4200), the material will be put into the cavity of jaw crusher (PE750 * 1060) under the uniform and stable vibration of the vibrating feeder. Because reality cavity PE750 can achieve 630 * 1060 mm, so the size of the 500-600 - mm can easily crush it. arter crushing of PE750 * 1060, the size of the material can reach 80-140 - mm, the first part work has ended.

2. in order to achieve this goal of seven small-sized in the final product, the materials should be given the secondary crusher. At this time, in view of the hardness of the stone ,we prefer to choose the impact crusher which has the advantages of big capacity and high reduction ratio, and uniform end product size in the secondary -stage.

3. After the Coarse crushing by jaw crusher and further crushing of the impact crusher, its size can basically meet the needs of our customers, but how to classify them according to the size, this is all of the problems we are facing. Now what we need is some specific screen, can filter these gathered in different size of pile. And we decide to choose the model 3YK2160 and 3YK1548 screen in view of the 150TPH capacity.

4. the materials from the Impact crusher will be delivered by belt conveyor to screen 3 yk2160 first, and selected three kinds of materials (bigger size) at this time. Among that, the materials on the uppermost layer of 3YK2160 are then conveyed to 3YK1548 by belt conveyor and then another 4 kinds of materials are screened out finally (smaller size). The whole work process is completed.
