1. The speed of driving shaft improves to 1020 rpm, so the capacity increases to about 185-300tph based on different materials and output size.
2. The main frame is whole casting instead of steel welding, its thickness is more than 50mm, so the main frame is much stronger and with higher stiffness. The stress parts are made of high quality alloy steel instead of common steel, increasing the crushing and bearing force.
3. The discharging opening system is with hydraulic motor instead of hydraulic cylinder, so that the discharging opening can be adjusted quickly and continuously, and it will be more convenient to change the spear parts, like the lining plates.
4. The Hydraulic cone crusher has installed the positive pressure dustproof device, with more effective dustproof and making the life of lubricating station longer.
5. One-piece hydraulic lubricating station makes the installation more convenient.
